Ingredients

Proteins

  • 400 g Chicken Fillet
  • 10 ml Oyster sauce

Aromatics

  • 20 g Ginger slices
  • 10 g Scallion (green part)
  • 2 g White pepper

Sauces & Seasonings

  • 10 g Cornstarch
  • 15 ml Soy sauce
  • 10 ml Shaoxing wine
  • 5 ml Sesame oil
  • 5 g Sugar

Other

  • 150 g Preserved Mustard Greens (Mei Cai)
  • 30 ml Water

Instructions

    Soak the preserved mustard greens in water.

    Wash and chop the preserved mustard greens.

    Slice the chicken fillet and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, cornstarch, white pepper, and sugar.

    Combine the chopped preserved mustard greens with the marinated chicken.

    Add ginger slices to the chicken and preserved mustard greens mixture.
