    Prepare egg mixture: In a bowl, whisk eggs lightly. Add granulated sugar and whisk until sugar is dissolved.

    Combine: Gradually stir in water and ginger juice into the egg mixture.

    Strain: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a heatproof bowl to remove any lumps or air bubbles, ensuring a smooth custard.

    Steam: Cover the bowl loosely with foil or a plate. Steam over medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the custard is just set but still slightly wobbly in the center.
