  • 2 slices Ham
  • 2 large Eggs

  • 1 pinch Salt

  • 2 slices Bread
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions

    Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

    Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

    Place ham slices in the pan and pan-fry until slightly crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove ham from the pan.

    Crack eggs into the same pan. Season with salt. Fry until whites are set and yolks are to your desired doneness, about 2-3 minutes.

    Assemble: Place one slice of ham on one toasted bread slice, then top with a fried egg. Cover with the second slice of ham and the second toasted bread slice.

    Serve immediately.
