Ingredients

Proteins

  • 100 g ham or bacon

Aromatics

  • 0.5 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0 to taste black pepper

Sauces & Seasonings

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Vegetables

  • 100 g button mushrooms

Other

  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 0 for garnish Parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

    Add ham or bacon and cook until lightly browned. Then add onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms. Sauté until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.

    Stir in ketchup and milk (if using). Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring well to combine with the vegetables.

    Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
