Ingredients

Proteins

  • 400 g Pork loin
  • 2 l Chicken stock

Aromatics

  • 1 piece Ginger (thumb-sized)
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 whole Green onions
  • 0.5 tsp White pepper

Sauces & Seasonings

  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Vegetables

  • 150 g Fresh spinach
  • 100 g Shiitake mushrooms

Other

  • 200 g Cooked white rice

Instructions

    Slice pork loin thinly and set aside

    Crush ginger and smash garlic, then add to chicken stock

  3. 3

    Bring chicken stock to boil over high heat

  4. 4

    Add pork slices and light soy sauce, stir gently

  5. 5

    Clean shiitake mushrooms and add to the soup

  6. 6

    Add fresh spinach and cooked rice to the soup

  7. 7

    Season with salt, white pepper, and sesame oil

  8. 8

    Chop green onions and add to the soup

  9. 9

    Ladle soup into bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds
