Wash pork ribs and pat dry. In a large bowl, combine pork ribs with olive vegetables, minced garlic, mashed fermented black beans, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, white pepper, and cooking oil.
Mix well, ensuring all ribs are thoroughly coated with the marinade. Marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or longer in the refrigerator.
Arrange the marinated pork ribs in a single layer on a heatproof plate.
Steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes, or until pork ribs are cooked through and tender.
Garnish with chopped spring onion before serving hot.
