  • 200 g Greek yogurt (0% fat)
  • 35 g walnuts
  • 100 g mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 15 ml honey

Instructions

    Roughly chop walnuts into bite-sized pieces

    Layer half of the Greek yogurt into a serving bowl or glass

    Add half of the mixed berries on top

  4. 4

    Layer the remaining Greek yogurt

  5. 5

    Top with remaining berries and chopped walnuts

  6. 6

    Drizzle honey over the top and finish with a pinch of sea salt
