Aromatics

  • 1 tbsp chopped green onion

Sauces & Seasonings

  • 2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce

Other

  • 180 g hot cooked Japanese short-grain rice
  • 0.25 tsp dashi granules
  • 1 portion Nori seaweed strips

Instructions

    Place hot cooked rice in a bowl.

    Crack the raw egg directly onto the center of the rice.

    Pour soy sauce over the egg and rice.

    Optionally, add dashi granules, chopped green onion, and nori strips.

    Mix well just before eating.
