Dissolve Brown sugar in Water over medium heat until fully melted. Let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
In a large bowl, combine Glutinous rice flour and Fresh ginger juice.
Gradually pour the cooled brown sugar water into the flour and ginger mixture, stirring continuously until a smooth batter forms.
Lightly brush a heatproof steaming dish with Cooking oil to prevent sticking.
Pour the smooth batter into the greased dish.
Steam the pudding over high heat for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the Ginger and Brown Sugar Pudding cool completely before slicing and serving.
