Aromatics

  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 g bonito flakes (katsuobushi)

Instructions

    Carefully drain any excess water from the silken tofu.

    Place the drained tofu block onto a serving plate.

    Evenly top the tofu with grated ginger, chopped green onions, and bonito flakes.
