Ingredients

Sauces & Seasonings

  • 5 grams matcha powder

Vegetables

  • 100 grams sweet red beans

Other

  • 500 grams ice cubes
  • 200 ml full-fat milk
  • 50 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 50 grams Injeolmi (Korean rice cake)
  • 20 grams sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, combine full-fat milk with a portion of the sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well mixed.

  2. 2

Pour the milk mixture into ice cube trays and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

  3. 3

Once the milk cubes are solid, use an ice shaver or a high-powered blender to shave them into fine, fluffy ice.

  4. 4

Place the shaved ice into a large serving bowl.

  5. 5

Carefully arrange the sweet red beans, injeolmi, and sliced almonds on top of the shaved ice.

  6. 6

Drizzle additional sweetened condensed milk over the toppings. Optionally, dust with matcha powder before serving immediately.
