  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds

Other

  • 300 g Glutinous rice
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 200 ml Coconut cream
  • 2 whole Fresh ripe mangoes
  • 8 leaves Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

    Rinse glutinous rice thoroughly under cold water until water runs clear

    Cook glutinous rice in a rice cooker with water in 1:1 ratio until done, approximately 20 minutes

    While rice cooks, heat coconut milk with sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves

    Pour the warm coconut milk mixture over the cooked glutinous rice and stir well. Let it rest for 15 minutes to absorb the flavor

    Peel mangoes and slice them lengthwise into thin, even pieces

    Place a portion of warm sticky rice in the center of each serving plate

    Arrange mango slices in a fan pattern around the sticky rice

    Drizzle warm coconut cream generously over the rice and mango

  9. 9

    Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and garnish with fresh mint leaves

  10. 10

    Serve immediately while the rice is still warm
