Ingredients

  • 3 slices Ginger

Sauces & Seasonings

  • 50 g Rock sugar

  • 200 g Fermented black glutinous rice
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 400 ml Water

Instructions

    In a pot, combine water and ginger slices. Bring to a boil.

    Add rock sugar and stir until dissolved.

    Add the fermented black glutinous rice to the pot.

    Simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the rice to warm through.

    Stir in the coconut milk just before serving. Do not boil the coconut milk.

    Serve warm.
