  • 20 g Southern apricot kernels
  • 10 g Northern apricot kernels
  • 2 pieces Candied dates
  • 3 liters Water

Instructions

    Rinse the lean pork and blanch it in boiling water for a few minutes to remove impurities. Drain and set aside.

    Wash dried figs, southern apricot kernels, northern apricot kernels, and candied dates. Peel and core the snow pears, then cut them into large chunks.

    Place the blanched lean pork, snow pears, dried figs, southern apricot kernels, northern apricot kernels, and candied dates into a large soup pot. Add water.

    Bring the pot to a rolling boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 2 hours.
