Ingredients

  • 500 g Grass Jelly
  • 1 medium Mango
  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 100 g Cantaloupe
  • 150 ml Evaporated Milk
  • 2 tbsp Condensed Milk

Instructions

    Cut the grass jelly block into 1-inch cubes.

    Wash and peel the mango, kiwi, and cantaloupe. Dice all fruits into small, bite-sized pieces. Wash and hull the strawberries, then halve or quarter them depending on size.

    In a small bowl, combine the evaporated milk and condensed milk, stirring until well mixed.

    Divide the grass jelly cubes among serving bowls.

    Arrange the mixed diced fruits over the grass jelly in each bowl.

    Pour the prepared milk mixture evenly over the fruits and grass jelly.

    Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
