  • 500 g Pork ribs

Sauces & Seasonings

  • 5 g Salt

Vegetables

  • 100 g Raw peanuts

Other

  • 500 g Lotus root
  • 10 pieces Dried red dates
  • 1 piece Dried tangerine peel
  • 2.5 l Water

Instructions

    Blanch pork ribs in boiling water, then rinse and drain.

    Soak dried tangerine peel until soft, then scrape off the white pith.

  3. 3

    Place all ingredients (except salt) in a large pot.

  4. 4

    Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer.

  5. 5

    Simmer for about 2 hours.

  6. 6

    Season with salt before serving.
