Mince garlic finely
In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic, stirring gently
Pour in white wine and let simmer to reduce by half
Add heavy cream and stir until smooth and heated through
Gently fold in crab meat and cod roe, being careful not to break them
Season with sea salt and white pepper to taste
Toss cooked spaghetti into the sauce and mix gently until well coated
Divide pasta between serving plates, garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese
