Place the Vietnamese coffee filter (phin) over a heatproof glass. Add Vietnamese ground coffee to the filter. Lightly press down the tamper.
Pour about 20ml of hot water over the coffee grounds to allow it to bloom. Let it sit for 20-30 seconds.
Fill the phin with the remaining hot water (approx. 130ml). Place the lid and let the coffee drip slowly into the glass. This process typically takes 5-7 minutes.
While the coffee is dripping, pour sweetened condensed milk into a serving glass.
Once all the coffee has dripped, remove the phin. Pour the brewed hot coffee into the serving glass with the condensed milk. Stir well to combine.
Add ice cubes to the glass and stir again. Serve immediately and enjoy your Cà Phê Sữa Đá!
