Ingredients

Proteins

  • 2 pieces dried scallops

Aromatics

  • 2 slices ginger
  • 0.25 tsp white pepper
  • 1 stalk spring onion

Sauces & Seasonings

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

Other

  • 300 g cod fillet
  • 200 g winter melon

Instructions

    Arrange winter melon slices on a heatproof plate.

    Place cod fillet on top of winter melon.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle shredded dried scallops and ginger over the fish.

    Drizzle light soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and Shaoxing wine over the fish.

    Steam the fish for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.

    Garnish with spring onion before serving.
