In a bowl, marinate the sliced pork belly with light soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, white pepper, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
Arrange the marinated pork belly slices in a shallow heatproof dish. Place the halved salted egg yolks on top of the pork.
Steam the dish over high heat for 30 minutes, or until the pork is tender and cooked through.
Garnish with chopped spring onion before serving.
